The range of this headset is very good. The headset is very comfortable. I bought an $82 cable separately to connect the base station to my cell phone so I can use this headset with my cell phone as well. This works very well. I prefer that to a wired headset. All my interlocutors say that the sound quality is good. To protect your hearing, the base station has automatic noise suppression. This headset is recommended by the manufacturer for use in call centers only. My only issue is that the noise canceling feature cannot be toggled on or off. As a result, this headset is completely useless for listening to music on a PC between calls. The music is all muffled and subdued. Although the call quality is very good. I just switch back and forth between my desktop speakers and my headset. The battery life is good and the device is very intuitive and user-friendly.
