I've been using it for five months and it's a valuable part of my office. I use it with Dragon for most of my computer interactions, and when the phone rings I can just press the button on the base to answer the call. (I also have a tube lifter.) Update: <6 months later, the headset doesn't last 2 hours. I had to call 3 different support numbers to get the right customer support (it looks like Sennheiser has outsourced support for this product). Addendum: It's been almost 2 years and I'm still very happy with the performance. I have a few complaints. 1) The mute button is weak and unreliable. And 2) the magnet has detached from the charging port on the headset base. The very small magnet interfered with the connection of the charging contacts.
