I work remotely as a support engineer for an SDS vendor, so I spend a lot of time on the phone with co-workers and customers. An extremely easy setup, Windows 7 quickly identifies it as a communication device. The range is great, I can walk around the house with every change in signal strength. Calls are clear both ways, on my first call I had to keep asking the interlocutor if they were there because the line was very quiet. The headset is very light, comfortable and allows you to move around effortlessly. a small problem when trying to install drivers downloaded from the website specified on the package.
