I've been using it for five months and it's a valuable part of my office. I use it with Dragon for most of my computer interactions, and when the phone rings I can just press the button on the base to answer the call. (I also have a tube lifter.) It's comfortable enough that I sometimes forget it's even on my head unless I bend over and it starts to fall. The printed instructions are rather cryptic and not very helpful. The base station has some required settings and the instructions certainly don't explain them. However, Sennheiser's technical service over the phone is excellent. On several occasions I was able to easily get in touch with a live expert who speaks good English, is very knowledgeable and helpful. In fact, he usually calls back the next day to make sure the issue is resolved. This is certainly unusual in the world of computer and communications companies. A recurring issue has not been resolved. Sometimes the headset just stops working and you can fix it by restarting the device. It's quite a clumsy process: disconnect the USB from the computer and the connector from the power supply, insert a wire or paper clip into the small hole on the bottom of the base unit and hold it there while reinstalling the power supply connector. . But when it's done, it works perfectly. It used to happen for about a week or two, but it seems to be becoming less common.
