When I first bought this product it stopped working after 10 days. The cost of the item was not worth the return process. So I just left a 1 star review and explained. Although I never contacted the company that sold the product, they saw my review and agreed to send me a replacement product with the apology that it must have been a rare factory defect. Got a replacement, works great. But I'm not giving a 5 star rating because this simple product just works. But because the company is clearly conscientious and values good customer service. They deserve 5 stars
