Messier glue and a slightly loose fit.
The only difference I see so far is the adhesive. This one is dirtier. The dirty one is the filter that came with my shear shaft, the clean one is the one I bought from Revain. Both sides have a dirtier adhesive and slide into the slot a little looser.
