They worked great on our trip to Europe. As we flew home, TSA opened two of our suitcases. When we collected our suitcases, one of the locks had an alarm light on it and the other suitcase was missing a second lock. We found it in a suitcase when we got home and it appears to have been broken by the Transportation Security Administration. It got stuck in the open position and we couldn't close it. We emailed the company to see if they had any ideas on how to fix the problem and to our surprise they were in the process of offering a replacement. What a great company, great customer service, thanks!
