Disappointed with makeup remover

I very rarely get disappointed with PF products but unfortunately I don't like this product because it actually removes my heavy eye makeup. It took me a long time to remove my makeup and considering the size of the bottle, it felt like a waste of money. Instead, I would recommend their Perfect Matcha Balm. That's great!
