I was looking for a replacement toaster big enough to hold slices of homemade bread. My old toaster had small slots so I always had to cut the bread in half (very annoying). I wanted to buy Cuisinart or another well known brand but couldn't find one at a reasonable price. I saw it on Black Friday but didn't see any reviews about it. I took the risk of buying this and let me tell you. I couldn't be happier. This toaster is awesome. It has a nice polished stainless steel finish and the touchscreen works great. It also fits on every slice of bread and bagel I put in and toasts evenly on both sides. The factory settings for the heat levels are accurate, the outside of the unit feels cool to the touch and the toast rises high enough to be taken without burning your fingers. Can't say enough positive things. If you doubt it, just buy it. You will not be disappointed.
