This letter box looks great and is perfect for letters, magazines, small slim boxes and even large flexible bags. I bought this for my mom as we approved her shipping method for porch delivery. (She lives in an apartment and all mail is sent to a designated area and she cannot walk long distances alone.) My mother is very happy that she can reach her door and get her mail every day! Especially their audiobooks and QVC (LOL) packs, which are larger and still fit nicely in a mailbox. My uncle installed it and said it was very easy. We are all satisfied with this product and can only recommend it. Note. It doesn't have a lock but we didn't need that feature and the red flag wasn't included in the mailbox, I bought it separately.
