Review on Leviton 42777-1WA Surface Mount Backbox - Single Gang White Box - 1.89" Depth by Deejay Allard

Looks good, holds a gear component, plastic (I put a smart switch in so I'd rather not have a Faraday cage around it) and is just as easy to install how its can be installed. but I'm actually a little surprised it's legal. The back attaches to the wall at will, but the box itself attaches to the back. The box is too flexible. So when I screw my switch into the box, the box flexes enough that the clips on the back don't close and the whole box pops out when disturbed, exposing the mains voltage. I really don't understand how this product is so legal. This design flaw can be mitigated somewhat by spreading the front top and bottom edges apart while screwing the switch down so that the switch acts as an expander and the back edges clip more securely onto the tabs, which I did. agree. But I will refrain from ordering again.
