I used to buy cleats from other companies. I have a heavy countertop and based on the description I thought this company's legs would be even stronger than what I have previously purchased. When the box arrived I wondered what it was. It was so easy, of course it couldn't be the stilettos I ordered. Indeed it was. They didn't look like the ones I bought from another stud farm. They may be stronger than they seem, but I won't risk it. It was great working with the company and I was able to come up with some ideas and have now ordered really heavy legs from another company. I expect this company's legs to be sufficient for most purposes, but I wouldn't call them heavy-duty legs.
