Bought this to install my phone on my Councours 14 2015. Having used ram mounts on other bikes in the past I figured it was a safe bet. . Boy was I wrong. This has to be one of the worst products I've ever seen. I watched a youtube video on installation (made by Ram Mount) which showed it was easy. After following the instructions in the video I was left with a fork mount that was as loose as it could get. I went online to see what others had to say and of course this is a known downside of this design. Others have mentioned that they had to purchase 1 or 2 extras before finally being able to install it. I didn't want to give them more money for this product so I managed to tweak it to at least hold my phone. It's not as loose as it was, but certainly not rock solid as advertised. The only reason it's working right now is because it's mounted behind the windshield and fairing, so it's not exposed to much airflow. (See attached photos for location) If it had been in the wind I would no doubt have lost my phone by now.
