Review on Snuggle SuperCare Wash Booster Lilies by Timothy Cox

Overall, this product is amazing! I recently received a sample in the mail and based on that I would definitely recommend it. It's a great alternative to expensive well-known brands and much cheaper. The low rating is due to the poor received condition which compromised the integrity of the product. I bought 3 bottles of fragrance booster after receiving the sample. My sample from Lillie's and Linen was yellow with individual beads. The main product image confirms that the beads must be yellow. My order had pearls that looked bad and had a weaker smell. They were white and mutilated. It looked like a homemade experiment had gone awry. They merged into lumps or flattened fragments, as if completely melted and solidified. I called the manufacturer about my quality concerns. They confirmed that the product should be yellow with individual globules. They said that the product was most likely transported or stored in poor and/or extreme conditions (hot storage) which caused the beads to melt, fade and lose their flavor. If I hadn't received a sample of the product I would have never known and thought it was ok.
