I've searched everywhere for this replacement for a long time, including the original manufacturer Kohler's website and eBay and Lowe's and Home Depot, under various names. I can't find this little detail anywhere because this faucet has been discontinued. After visiting Lowe's and Home Depot I was so desperate but I know the exact name from there - pin adapter. I tried again with a google search and finally found it here at Revain. What a surprise! I ordered it without hesitation and it fits perfectly! It costs less than $1.5 including second day shipping! This is a genuine Kohler product! For those complaining that it's overpriced, what do you expect? I'll order a few more to back up. I'm sure once that little detail is there, next time you'll have to replace the entire faucet with the help of a professional plumber, which will cost you at least $500.
