A few months ago I adopted an amazing mestizo dog who has adapted well except for one thing. He barks relentlessly at the TV. I've tried workouts, treats, etc. I didn't like the idea of putting a device on him, but I was about to lose patience. So I went ahead and ordered a STOPWOOFER. It was very easy to set up, just insert the battery and adjust the collar size. I was able to adjust the sensitivity if necessary, but it was ok when delivered. I put it on and turned on the TV. He barked a few times and the collar buzzed and squeaked, throwing him completely out of the area he normally came where he was consumed by the barking. In fact, it took him off the path he was on in just two barks. He later tried again and stopped at one. He seems confused for a few seconds and then moves on to something else. A day later he doesn't even start barking. Sometimes he growls softly, but I can live with that. I have a quiet time when I watch TV. Thanks to the company that makes it.
