Review on Polka Dot V-Neck Button-Down Dress With Ruffles - Casual Loose Swing Style For Women by Josh Valentino

I have T-shirts longer than this dress. It arrived in a plastic bag completely crumpled and wrinkled which leads me to believe that I got one that someone had washed, shrunk, and returned. I’m only 5‘5" and this dress hits just below my butt cheeks. It’s not wearable as a dress. The only way I can wear this is as a tunic with leggings which defeats the purpose of a summer dress. The only good things about it are I bought the pink and it’s a very pretty shade of pink and the fabric is soft and smooth. If I wash this is it going to shrink even further in length? Do I return it? The pictures show this dress hitting just a couple inches above the knee. I have no clue why that’s so misleading.
