The images above and in the middle of the listing show that 6Gb/s transfer rates are fully supported. When I received and tested the product, I noticed that my drive is not reaching its maximum speed. Went back to my Sabrent adapter and it was full speed again on the same drive. Went back to the listing and saw in the fine print details below that it says 5 Gbps instead of 6 like the pictures. This adapter will clog up your drive! If you're okay with a small drop in performance, then everything works fine. If you want to use the full speed of your drive, use the Sabrent adapter.
