Review on High Five by Christopher Landeros

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A simple solution (albeit clunky) providing structure & recognition

The best thing about this is that it's very easy for employees to use - they can easily do so from their phones while at work. It doesn't require any special software to be used and you don't have to pay anything extra to get started with this. There are also many templates available online which make using this even easier. I dislike how sometimes the app will not show up when an event has been created. Sometimes it does but other times people cannot see them. Also, if there isn't enough time for all of the employees who need to participate then some participants may miss out on participating because others were able to finish before them. This is great for recognizing individual achievements as well as group accomplishments. We've seen increased motivation amongst our staff after implementing this into our workplace.

Pros
  • Great way to recognize employee achievement; makes recognition fun! Employees enjoy getting awards in front of friends & family through social media sites like Facebook or Instagram (if applicable) instead of just printing off something boringly formatted via email..and posting photos directly onto FB rather than having your own personal webpage where everyone else knows what kind of computer equipment/phone etc.you're working around here..etc.,...it takes away much stress since everything
Cons
  • Minor Issues
