He just damaged my hair.
I sincerely regret using this product more than any other product I have used in my 4+ year self-dyeing hair. It didn't take the brassy tone out of my hair and made it feel like straw. I kept it on for 25 minutes as recommended and now my hair is totally damaged (no falling out but a totally different and dry texture even after masks and treatments). Don't waste your money on this product.
