I'm a hairdresser so I was expecting more platinum silver. The hair has been bleached quite light but it looks like a light blonde. Maybe 10n for comparison? The color was conditioner, didn't feel dry.

A lot of product for the price and has reduced the yellow cast in my hair quite well. However, the ammonia smell was STRONG and I found it more harmful than the Redken EQ line I normally use.

I need to correct some of the answers to the questions asked. Your hair needs to be bleached light yellow to get real results if your hair is not blonde. If your hair is level 8, 9-10 this will work. This refers to medium blonde, light blonde, very light blonde. Really good toner for gray or white "natural" hair to remove yellow tones. it requires a developer 10 or 20. Barber 29 years old. I sincerely regret using this product more than any other product I have used in my 4+ year self-dyeing hair. It didn't take the brassy tone out of my hair and made it feel like straw. I kept it on for 25 minutes as recommended and now my hair is totally damaged (no falling out but a totally different and dry texture even after masks and treatments). This is the only toner that actually gives me the platinum white color that I love so much. First I lighten the hair/roots to a level of 9-10 and then apply this toner for about 30-40 minutes.

I believe this pack has been stored and resold for a long time. When I gently rolled the tube the first time I used it, a tear appeared in the middle. Therefore, the second half of the hose is polluted with air and leaking. So i paid for a full tube but i only got half, i should get a refund. This color is bomb. Pravana too
