Ten stars. We used them to help my twins get used to using utensils, but they instantly became their favorite teethers/toys. We literally can't use them at the table because they'll go mad if we try to "pick them up" long enough to help them load a spoonful of food. I've never seen a kid so obsessed with anything in my life. On the plus side, your child will LOVE it and they'll literally need a few hours of silence, but on the flip side, practice your Houdini skills to take their mind off them when it's time to wash (or a bottle drinking or taking a nap). . . We ended up buying a few extra kits to keep in our diaper bag/cars/purse as emergency baby mufflers - they *are* effective. I can't comment on the effectiveness of the spoon as they never nibbled on it at the table. 😂
