I have a new mobile phone but this product does not connect to it. I contacted their tech support and they told me to read the user manual. Then I was told my Revain order number was wrong and it went downhill from there. Something is wrong here. Stay away. Initially I had trouble connecting to the product, which was probably my fault as a new smartphone user. I want the USB cable to plug into the back of the device and not stick out the side. Not black on black because now I need to create my own markers. This was my first Bluetooth device for my first smartphone. I am sure that I will find the best products there.
