This is a very good mic and I am very happy with both the finish and the sound quality. It was truly plug and play and up and running in seconds. I then ran some tests calling myself Google Voice to check the audio quality and am very happy with the results. The sound is full and rich and the microphone is very sensitive so I can stand several feet away and it picks me up perfectly. I mainly use the mic for conferencing in Microsoft Teams and it works great, allowing me to use the speakers all day instead of wearing headphones. I bought the version with the volume knob on the base but the reality is I leave it on top all the time so you can save money and get the version without the knob. Otherwise there are no complaints.
