The interface is very intuitive to use. It's like using an iPad instead of paper! I have been able to get more business out of my agents by providing them with easy access to billing information in one place and allowing the customer experience to be seamless. There are a few things that would make it easier for our account managers to navigate through claims process if needed. But those issues aren't deal breakers for us and we'd love to see improvements there soon if they happen! So far so good! We've found this software extremely useful when getting new clients onboarded into our carrier.
