Wet the bolts and nuts with a liquid wrench or similar and leave to harden a little.
Article ordered, article arrived, no delivery problems, reasonable delivery times. Replacing each shock took about 5 minutes, the struts took about 10-15 minutes due to more bolts and a moving relay plate bolted to the strut mount. Good product, have used this product on five cars so far, will use again on the next car that needs shock absorbers/struts.
