Review on 🧹 Shiwala Automotive Mop by Charles Julian

Unfortunately I had to revise this rating to two stars. Great concept, but the handle is poorly made. After two uses, the handle would not lock on the third use. Although it is still usable, it only has half the range, so I can no longer wash my car roof. I've already gone through the returns window, but Revain was kind enough to refund my purchase price. Note: I tried substituting another handle, but the mop head joint is a non-standard size. I was hoping it would go with a collapsible paint stick, broomstick, etc. No luck and it's a shame because I really liked how it worked. I hope SHIWALA will release a new version with a better design. It is important to note that what I received is not the same as the photo. The handle is red, with black handles that rotate. The handle or extension connects to the detachable wash head with a red plastic adapter with a steel pin. The item pictured when I bought it and still being shown 9/11/17 shows a flat brown rubber connector on a laundry mat with what appears to be a wooden pole. Maybe they sent me an old stock, or the photo wasn't updated. In any case, I cannot recommend this product until the problem is resolved. The extension just won't snap into place. The best feature is still the soft smooth wash. The head easily detaches from the round Shiwala platform, just take it from one side, peel back the velcro, wring, rinse, repeat!
