Moleculus - A must-have application to track and manage prospect data

The best thing about molecula is its ability of connecting different sources such as salesforce or marketing automation with other applications like SAP ERP etc., It also has good integration capabilities for Sales force CRM which can be helpful in managing your business process efficiently. I don't think there are any downsides regarding this software but it could have better customer support service if you need help during implementation phase. We use molecula mainly for tracking our pipeline status by integrating all available information from multiple channels (marketing automation platform) into one single view.

Integration capability to connect various platforms
Can manage multi channel attemps
Customer Support team was very quick at resolving issues, even though we had no previous experience using their products prior.
They provide lot'sof tutorials & documentation so that new users learn easily without much difficulty
