I have ordered two of these products for my two rabbits. It is very easy to assemble, but first you have to put in a little effort to make the bottom wire mesh fit all the metal feet. Otherwise very durable. It has wheels so it's easy to move around the house. After a few weeks I found that the doors were not aligned properly. I called their customer service and sent them photos of the misaligned doors. I was sent a video of how to align the doors. It still didn't work. I called them back and no questions asked, they shipped new doors during the day and received them within 3 days. Great product support! They were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
