So while I like these, you can't go wrong with a regular sponge in the kitchen or bathroom etc. These sponges are good, they are different BUT . They have no absorbency. If you try wiping the counter with it, you'll need a towel to catch all the remaining water and suds! If you wipe any surface you will see all the foam (bubbles) and very little water. They are good for dishes and glasses as you wash them under running water. But that's all. Dirty walls work on some nonstick pans when nothing sticks. Would I buy them again, NO! Now with this sponge there are too many sponges in my sink! Seems to wash well in the dishwasher but so does sponges.
