The goggles are attractive and perfectly balanced with a strong base to prevent tipping when used outdoors in windy conditions. I originally bought these glasses to serve champagne and afternoon drinks, but now I also use them to serve Manhattans and martinis when we sip cocktails on our patio. They hold up to 9 ounces, more than you need for a good-sized drink, leaving room to savor the flavors. This isn't a bulky glass, but it's better to use than our more fragile cocktail glasses that can easily break in the open air. The price was very competitive for such high quality glass.
