When I received the saucepan for the first time, I washed the saucepan and lid by hand and noticed that the washing water got stuck between the glass and the metal of the lid. It took a day and a half to "vaporize". I spoke to Ninja support and showed them the problem and they said it was. So they won't be able to send me another cover because they will have the same problem. All they told me, after washing it, was to "use it immediately" by boiling something on the fire and the water would "evaporate" that way. How disgusting to know I have dishwater/soap in the lid while cooking. It could possibly drip into my food. It's just gross. I don't understand how this is acceptable to them.
