The spinner broke right away, customer service doesn't respond

We bought it as a Christmas present for our children aged 9, 7 and 5. They were having a lot of fun with him until he broke down in the first few days of the game. The manufacturer of Winning Moves does not respond to the customer service number. I'm not even sure why they have a phone number as nobody answers it and no messages are returned. $16 down the drain. Another company that makes things cheap and doesn't endorse their products.
