PANSCN10 - EXCELLENT!
I've had the scanner for about 2 years now and NO problems. The battery has never failed. One of its best features is the DOC; With the scanner in the docking station, scanning couldn't be easier or faster. Don't try to keep the document upright and still. Don't try to hold two or more corners when scanning. Unusually thick documents won't fit, jams are easy to clear, just stop and open. I made a tote bag for him because I couldn't find one.
