BEST food! We just used the grill for dinner in New York for my family of 5. I've never used it, but a friend in Canada wrote about it. I chose this model because it looked great, the price was about what I expected to pay and it had the highest cooking performance. I've had steak strips, pork, chicken, shrimp, and even deli pastrami (mini Rubens). Tons of shredded and sliced cheese options, some potatoes (half cooked), sliced French baguette, pretzel pieces and tortillas. I had our favorite seasonings and olive oil to lightly brush the meat and bread. The TASTE was amazing. each doing something different and melting cheese in the trays below. We had gorgonzola to melt on steak, gruyere on potatoes, cheddar on pretzel bits, jack cheddar for quesadillas. The combinations were endless and everyone loved it! I bought mini tongs with colored silicone tips so everyone can have their own. Plus one for raw meat. We ended the night with More Riza. Too thick to put the whole smore in a tray under the "brazier" so we split the marshmallows. It took 2 minutes and cleaning was a breeze! We had so much fun that we decided to make raclette for New Year's Eve today to enjoy it again!
