Great for what I use them for

If you're like me you have all kinds of electronics. Most of these devices use a transformer to convert AC power to DC power. The problem is that most devices do not place a circuit breaker before the transformer. So the transformer is always on; it always consumes power as if the device were turned on. I used these extensions to add a switch in front of the transformer. You will be amazed at how much your electricity bill will drop. I didn't go from the usual $250 to around $120 by simply turning off the power for things I don't always use. such as microwave, stereo, amplifier, television.
