Great clock for math teachers

This clock looks great in my math class and my students often complain about it voiced it. The watch is really very simple and uncomplicated. The face is a thin piece and there is no rim or coverage. Just a flat black disk with a small motor and battery on the back. Pros: The clock is quiet, you won't hear a tick even in a quiet room, nothing that's great. I bought this clock at the beginning of the school year and have it in my room. So far, after about 3 months, I have not had to set the time or change the batteries. It's great, it tells the time well and what more could you ask for. Cons: Because the writing is so big on the face, you can't use "numbers" to tell the time. You really just have to think about which direction the hands are pointing. It might not matter much to a math teacher, but I've seen someone complain about it. Another problem with these "numbers" is that they don't quite align. This means that 6 o'clock is not actually written and the 6 o'clock position is shifted slightly (to the right). Also, there was no mounting hardware in my watch, luckily I had a small photo frame hook lying around. Conclusion: This is a great simple watch. My students love it and often ask if I've done it. I guess they find it pretty incredible that anyone would make something like this, let alone buy it. But it's easy and have a good time. Make sure you have something prepared to install and you will be fine. Considering the price I would definitely buy it again if needed.

Pros
  • PERFECT SIZE Clock is 11-1/2" in diameter easy to spot from a distance
