Review on Neutrogena Conditioning Hyaluronic Texture Smoothing Moisturizing by Steven Ripley

**UPDATE. My first assessment of it was completely unfounded. User error I guess because it's awesome. The trick is not to use it like you would a regular lip balm. That's what I did and I didn't invest enough time to work on it. The trick is to use it until your lips are primed (after a few days, use often as needed) and then only use it when your other lip creams aren't enough. Within days my lips were softer and smoother than they had been since I was young. I then removed that and used my regular balm tubes to moisturize them. When my lips got drier and my other lip balm didn't last as long, I used a little (just a little) of it. Now I understand why there is nothing left in this compact. I used everything wrong. I owe Neutrogena a HUGE apology for such a blah blah review for the first time. For the work done, the price is a bargain. I will order more regularly. I probably expected too much of it. First, the size is way smaller than I like for the price. It also moisturizes, but no better than cheaper products. This is definitely not a "Wow!" product for me. I'm not mad but I won't buy it again unless it's on sale. The compact design is a really nice touch. For a purse or pocket, it's better than a tube (and looks better) and it's cute. Nonetheless.
