My mechanic pushed me to purchase a Moog steering damper for my 2006 4WD Ford F250 diesel engine to replace the original damper that came with my truck. He said there couldn't be anything better than a Moog product, so I followed his recommendation. He mentioned that they offer a larger bore and tighter valves to eliminate steering wobble and provide better control of the car, and that their design works well with larger diameter tires (I have 20 inches) and under difficult ones conditions last longer.
