Ordered yesterday 31st July, received today 1st August. I'm glad I received it so quickly but dissatisfied with the product. Although I haven't used it yet, the most important thing that should have been in the box, which is the metal bracket, isn't there. I've searched the whole package but it's not there. It is important to keep a hot pyrograph pen. See how important this single item is compared to the other secondary items in the bag! I know that I too will eventually have to replace the pyrograph pen because it doesn't look or feel solid, but it could stand up to the frequency of different projects. I'll see how it goes after I finish the many projects I have planned. Not a bad set for beginners. I'm looking forward to realizing some great projects.
