I'm not sure why all these racks cost so much for what you get. There is nothing particularly extraordinary about this attitude. Cleaning is naturally difficult. That shouldn't surprise anyone. I used the rack to smoke some chicken thighs with lollipops. The slots are too large to accommodate the joint at the end of the chicken thigh. I used needle nose pliers to squeeze the wires closer together. This deformed the rack a bit, but not enough to render it unusable. The result I got was no different than if I had just put the chicken on the grill and smoked/cooked it the normal way. This item or any similar item is NOT worth $25. If I had paid $12-15 I probably wouldn't have even bothered to write this review.
