My dad and brother loved getting them for Christmas but the three of us were a little disappointed when there was no electricity in the spring. It's more of a bow throw than a straight shot at a bottle cap that keeps things safe, but since we're all adults and love the idea of a bottle cap war, we have to stick to rubber bands and other things that leave marks and get us in trouble for the dining table. Still a great gift, especially if your family and friends are wimps. My brother already wants to modify the spring for a faster and sharper shot.
