Has stopped working after using
. I bought this DVD drive because my new laptop didn't have an internal drive. Was a bit clunky but finally got it working when I bought my laptop last December. I was able to download the software and some CDs. I put it away and took it out for the first time and it just stopped working. My laptop can no longer read the disc. Very dissatisfied with the product and WARNING to others not to purchase or receive any other product
