I like that you can set up your own workflows and customise them to suit your needs. The interface is easy to use and it's also very intuitive. There are some minor bugs with the software but nothing too major. It's worth a try if you're looking for something simple to help organise your projects. We have been using zstream for about 2 years now and we've found it to be very useful. We used to use a spreadsheet to keep track of our tasks but this made things difficult when we were working remotely. Zstream has helped us to keep track of all our tasks in one place and it's also allowed us to easily collaborate with each other.
