It works at first, not so good after a week
updated: Works without programming. There are no instructions, packaging, or batteries included (btw, it requires AAA, not AA). It came in a clear plastic bag with nothing on it. For the price, I could have gotten a universal remote to control my Blu-ray. The plastic looks a bit thin. It's almost an exact replica of my original Magnavox TV remote, so I had no trouble using it. I'm not sure the dog will agree that the taste is the same as the original. Stops working properly after a week. The batteries don't fit properly so I stuffed a folded piece of paper in there hoping that would help. It is not so. Sometimes it works, but not always. Save money or better buy.
