It does what it's supposed to do. This is a sports organizer. If it is used by adults or older children and they handle it very safely and gently, I'm sure everything will be fine. However, I have small children and they are difficult in everything. They are always snatching or throwing balls. It won't take long for me. It's fallen apart multiple times. It's incredibly cheap to build. Metal and plastic are very thin. When I assembled it it took some force to get the bars in place and it broke/cracked in several places during assembly. The bat holders on the shield rarely stay in and don't attach well. Also note that a standard basketball really only fits on the top shelf. The bottom two shelves are too narrow for a basketball. It's really just a cheap piece of junk, but I guess what should I have expected for $36? I would spend your money elsewhere if you are looking for something that will last more than a few weeks/months.
