The new InkBird Instant Read Waterproof Thermometer IHT-1P is very well designed and efficient. Firstly, I really appreciate the fact that this device is rechargeable! I've had several Weber instant read digital thermometers that just died after a few months of use, and I never have to worry about one of them. Second, it's very accurate. It perfectly measures the air temperature in my house. and it's nice to know that I can trust him when I'm cooking meat. Third and last, I can actually read this thing in pitch blackness at night, digging in my denial to try to examine the dark chest I can barely see. I don't have to hold my phone's flash anymore!
