I have a 2002 Honda Accord EX V-6 with bonnet struts that probably failed over 5 years ago. After reading the reviews of this product, it turned out that the installation was easy. It was a TASK, I probably spent 5 minutes on each side to change the hood dampers. Whoever came up with this plug-and-play method is to be commended. Now I feel like an idiot for using wooden blocks to support my hood over the years. I watched a video of the installation process and all I need is a flathead screwdriver to tug on the clips that release the old shocks, no screws or bolts to remove. This was by far the "easiest" setup I've ever done on this machine.
