The ability to create multiple projects within one account makes it easy for me as an internal user of this product. I like how you can see all tasks at once with different colors depending on their status (i.e., open/closed). It's also very nice when there are many people using the same tool because we can easily collaborate together without having to constantly talk or email each other about our progress. Sometimes, if someone else has made changes to task details while working on another part of the document, they might not be able to edit them until after they have already been saved. This could cause some confusion if we were trying to work collaboratively on documents. We're solving problems related to managing large amounts of data by creating reports that help us keep track of what needs to get done next.
