Copper Reactive Paint

I purchased Copper Reactive Metallic Paint, Aging Green Mortar and Acid Blocking Primer together so this review is for all 3 products. When I opened the box and looked at the containers it looked like all 3 had been opened and used before - the print on the paint was damaged, there was tape around the top of the primer and aging solution and none of that. The bottles were completely filled. Not at all happy about it. Since I was itching to continue with my project, I accepted it as there was still a lot left for what I wanted to do. The primer says it should be used when painting wood and metal. I had 2 projects and both used glass. I had the best results with primer. For me, solving the problem of aging has turned out to be successful. I used a small sea sponge to apply it instead of spritzing and some areas of the parts look like I wanted, but other areas just look cloudy. I tried to get a heavy patina on my 3rd project and it's mostly cloudy. I am sitting outside to see if the reactive properties of the paint will cause aging beyond what I have achieved with the aging solution. I'm not sure, but I think it might be one of those things that takes a lot of practice to get good results.
